Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on items that are:
∙ ✅ Unworn and unaltered
∙ ✅ In original packaging
∙ ✅ Have not been washed, cut, or styled
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on wigs that have been worn, washed, altered, or removed from their packaging without inspection also on below listed items :
• Sale items
• Discounted items
• Promotional purchases
• Clearance items
• Coupon-code purchases
• Special-offer purchases
⚠️ Custom Orders — Final Sale, No Returns or Exchanges
The following are considered custom orders and are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
∙ Lace cut before shipping
∙ Cap size customization (petite, large, etc.)
∙ Custom color orders

Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery for a different length, texture, or style as long as the item is in its original unworn condition. Custom orders are not eligible for exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right immediately. 📸
Non-Returnable Items
∙ All custom orders (lace cut, cap customization, custom color)
∙ Sale or discounted items
∙ Items returned after 14 days
∙ Wigs that have been worn, washed, or altered
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email us at [sales@jozelhair.com] with your order number and reason. Our team responds within 24 hours and will guide you through the process.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs and custom fee are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the 10% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
