At Zelhair, we take pride in providing premium glueless wigs that are fully customized, carefully prepared, and quality-checked before shipment. By placing an order with Zelhair, you acknowledge and agree to all policies stated below.

We truly want you to love your unit and we stand behind every wig we ship. 

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery ONLY on items that meet ALL the following conditions:

✅ Unworn and unaltered

✅ Lace has not been cut

✅ Original packaging intact

✅ Hair has not been washed, brushed out, dyed, styled, or customized

✅ No odors, makeup, glue, powder, or product residue on the unit

Due to hygiene and sanitary reasons, wigs that have been worn, altered, washed, styled, customized, or removed from packaging for use are not eligible for return.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges:

• Sale items

• Discounted items

• Promotional purchases

• Clearance items

• Coupon-code purchases

• Special-offer purchases

• Custom orders

• Lace cut requests

• Customized cap sizes (small, medium, large, etc.)

• Custom color orders

• Wigs that have been worn, altered, brushed out, washed, or styled

• Items returned after the return window

Any customization requested before shipment automatically classifies the order as a custom order.

Because all wigs are human hair and hygiene-sensitive products, returned units cannot be resold as new.

Important Hair Texture & Appearance Disclaimer

Please note that curly, body wave, deep wave, water wave, and other textured hair patterns may appear shorter than straight textures due to the curl or wave pattern. Hair length is measured when fully stretched.

Texture appearance may vary depending on styling, combing, moisture, lighting, and maintenance.

For example:

• Body wave textures may appear shorter when waves are tighter
  
  
• Curly textures naturally shrink when wet or moisturized
  
  
• Density differences may affect fullness and overall appearance
  
  These are normal characteristics of textured human hair and do not qualify as defects.

Moisture & Scent Disclaimer

Some textured wigs may arrive lightly moisturized or pre-styled to preserve the curl pattern, softness, and hair quality during shipping and transit. This does NOT indicate the item is used, defective, or damaged.

Human hair products may also carry a temporary factory, packaging, or storage scent upon arrival. This is normal and typically disappears after airing out, shampooing, or normal wear.

Buyer Preference Disclaimer

Differences in personal preference, styling expectations, texture expectations, density expectations, curl pattern appearance, fullness, softness, or visual appearance do NOT qualify as defects or “item not as described.”

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery for eligible non-customized items ONLY.

To qualify for exchange:

✅ Item must remain unworn and unaltered

✅ Lace must remain uncut

✅ Original packaging must be intact

✅ No signs of wear or styling

Custom orders and final sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange approval is subject to inspection upon return delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you believe you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Clear photos

• Packaging images
  
  
• Description of the issue
  
  

Our team will investigate and work quickly to resolve verified issues.

Claims submitted after the 48-hour inspection window may not qualify for resolution.

Refused Deliveries & Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct before placing an order.

Zelhair is not responsible for:

Refused packages
Incorrect shipping addresses entered by customer
Carrier delays
Customs delays or import duties

If a package is returned to us due to refusal or failed delivery attempts, reshipping fees may apply.

Chargeback & Fraud Protection Policy

Zelhair reserves the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks when evidence confirms that:

• The item was accurately described
  
  
• The order was successfully delivered
  
  
• The customer received the correct item
  
  
• The product matched the listing description and specifications
  
  

We maintain shipment records, product photos/videos, tracking confirmations, and communication history for seller protection purposes.

Our support team responds within 24–48 business hours.

Processing Fees & Payment Providers

Please note that third-party payment providers such as Sezzle, Afterpay, PayPal, Shopify Payments, credit card processors, and financing providers charge non-refundable transaction and processing fees to merchants.

These fees are non-recoverable once an order is processed.
